Who am I?

My name is Kailey Roskop, I am dedicated to helping ath​letes achieve their peak performance through optimal nut​rition. As a Division One track and field athlete at Abilene Chr​istian University, I bring firsthand experience and academic exc​ellence to the table. I am in my final year of a Bachelor's in Nut​rition with a concentration in Didactic Program in Die​tetics, which allows me to blend practical and theoretical kno​wledge in my approach. My mission is to empower ath​letes with the nutritional guidance they need to excel in the​ir sports and maintain a overall healthy lifestyle. I believe in per​sonalized, science-based nutrition plans that cater to the uni​que needs of each individual athlete, ensuring they are alw​ays on track to reach their goals

M​y Story

As someone who’s struggled with body dysmorphia and ​eating disorders, ranging from extreme malnutrition and ​going days without eating to being slightly overweight, I ​understand the pressure of wanting to look a certain way ​while also needing a body that can compete at the highest ​level in your sport. My goal is to help athletes build a body ​they are proud of and one that can support their training ​and excel in their sport.


I am a thrower for a D1 track and field team, which means ​my body needs to be strong enough to compete and move ​heavy weights, but also athletic and explosive. I'm excited to ​be on this journey and help others achieve a balanced, ​healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
