Who am I?
My name is Kailey Roskop, I am dedicated to helping athletes achieve their peak performance through optimal nutrition. As a Division One track and field athlete at Abilene Christian University, I bring firsthand experience and academic excellence to the table. I am in my final year of a Bachelor's in Nutrition with a concentration in Didactic Program in Dietetics, which allows me to blend practical and theoretical knowledge in my approach. My mission is to empower athletes with the nutritional guidance they need to excel in their sports and maintain a overall healthy lifestyle. I believe in personalized, science-based nutrition plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual athlete, ensuring they are always on track to reach their goals
My Story
As someone who’s struggled with body dysmorphia and eating disorders, ranging from extreme malnutrition and going days without eating to being slightly overweight, I understand the pressure of wanting to look a certain way while also needing a body that can compete at the highest level in your sport. My goal is to help athletes build a body they are proud of and one that can support their training and excel in their sport.
I am a thrower for a D1 track and field team, which means my body needs to be strong enough to compete and move heavy weights, but also athletic and explosive. I'm excited to be on this journey and help others achieve a balanced, healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

Macro Breakdowns and Analysis
I work with you to gather a breakdown of macronutrients in your diet to ensure you're getting the right balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats tailored to your athletic needs. This is specific to each athlete, taking into account your activity levels and personal goals, helping you optimize overall performance and health.
One on One Counseling Sessions
I offer personalized virtual counseling sessions where we work together to set easily obtainable short-term goals. These uplifting sessions provide tailored nutritional guidance based on your unique needs and performance objectives.
Meal Planning
I offer personalized meal planning services that can include recipes, snacks, and full meal plans. This way, we can work together with your dietary preferences, budget, and lifestyle to ensure you get a balanced intake of nutrients tailored to your needs.
Get Started
I'm based in Abilene, but I enjoy doing remote sessions whenever it works best for both of us. This way, we can easily connect and work towards your health and nutrition goals together. I'm looking forward to being part of your journey!
